A good strong core helps make it easier to do most physical activities - weak core muscles can lead to bad posture as well as back pain and can lead to muscle injuries.

 

This class will begin with a full warm up to get the body moving, blood pumping and to turn your muscles on ready for you to focus on strengthening all things core. 

 

We will ensure you train all parts of the abs and will target that famous "6 pack" of abs known as the rectus abdominis
