A super fun way to burn calories while working up a sweat learning to twerk 


TwerkFit is an exciting dance fitness class which will see you learning new dance skills that you can use on the dance floor while toning and building stamina. TwerkFit classes combine cardiovascular exercise, which raises general fitness levels with working on legs, bums and tums to improve overall muscle tone.

Classes always start off with a stretch, warm up, followed by a cardio exercise routine and a dance to learn your new moves to!

What do I need to bring/wear to a TwerkFit® class?

-A towel or mat

-Water bottle

-Knee pads or leg warmers

(knee pads can be purchased at the studio at a cost)

-To get the best out of your experience, we recommend you wear shorts or lifestyle leggings and sneakers to the class
