You don't need to be a pole dancer or want to do the splits to do this class.

Mobility or active flexibility as it can be known, is the range of motion a joint can move into without an external force helping it get there.


Different stretching techniques are used in the class such as dynamic, active and ballistic after beginning with mobility or active flexibility. 

The benefits of this class will not only be so your body can recover faster from other workouts but may help ease pain while increasing the range of motion in everyday activities.
