FITNESS & AERIAL DROP IN CLASSES • NO MEMBERSHIP NEEDED


POLE FLOW • $25
A dance class for those with some pole experience.
Students will need to be able to do basic inverts, pole assisted handstands and be at an intermediate level.
If you are ready to LEVEL UP your pole and dance skills, then this is the class for you!!
STRUT & SLAY • $25
A confidence boosting dance class that blends sultry, empowered movements with dance technique performed in heels (optional) with NO POLE
Each week students learn a new routine with sensual floor work and at times incorporating chair choreography for added flare
BEGINNER EXOTIC HEELS • $25
A sensual and empowering dance class that blends the elements of exotic pole and floor transitions performed in heels (optional)
A new routine each week allows students to explore different styles and movement qualities in a safe and supporting environment

MAT STRENGTH & CONDITIONING • $25
A low impact strength class designed to support pole and aerial students in reaching their goals
Controlled targeted exercises performed on a mat to help students develop the foundational strength and stability needed to perform aerials
SPLITS & STRADDLES INTENSIVE • $25
Designed for the aerialist in mind this class in NOT a tricks based class but you will use a Pole or Lyra to help condition those hard to perform moves such as inverts
and straddles.
Incorporating weights, booty bands and body weight exercises it’s the perfect all round conditioning class
AERIAL FIT (POLE & LYRA) • $25
Our Aerial Fit class is focused on strength, conditioning and flexibility to help you achieve your goals on the pole, lyra or silks. This class is NOT TRICKS BASED as you will work on strength skills to help inverts, shoulder mounts and handsprings to name a few. You will see more results by attending each week.


DANCE FITNESS • $12
Our Dance Fitness class is a high energy session that combines elements of dance with cardiovascular workouts to improve physical fitness and your overall
well-being.
Various dance styles are combined with choreographed movements and music to create a fun and engaging fitness routine.
LIGHTS DOWN AND MUSIC UP - This class is full of fun and laughs.
STRONG • $12
Strong is our 45 minute circuit based training session with a focus on building strength and endurance for any fitness level. ​ You will start with a comfortable weight to ensure your technique is correct and your body understands what it is doing and as you progress you will be able to try heavier weights or harder resistance bands as you become fitter, stronger and more confident!

IGNITE 60 • $12
A dynamic and engaging 60 minute fitness session that ntegrates easy to follow choreographed dance movements with the use of dumbbells, booty bands and other types of equipment. The moves are simple yet done to the beat and each time you attend you will begin to learn the moves and rhythm and become more confident, therefore working out harder and burning more calories
IGNITE 45 • $12
A dynamic and engaging 45 minute fitness session that integrates easy to follow choreographed dance movements with the use of dumbbells, booty bands and other types of equipment.

BEGINNER FOUNDATIONS • $28
Beginner Bungee Foundations is where it all begins. Get the basics under your belt so you can progress to attend our Bungee Dance classes.
It takes most students 3 to 5 sessions to nail the basics, your instructor will et you know when you are ready to move on!
BUNGEE DANCE • $28
Bungee dance has been created with FUN in mind.
Much like our very popular Dance Fitness class, you will learn skills to perform simple choreographed routines while in a bungee harness suspended from the roof.
Prerequisite: Min. 3 Foundations classes
