IGNITE is a dynamic and engaging fitness session that integrates easy-to-follow choreographed dance movements with

the use of dumbbells and booty bands.

The moves are simple, done to the beat and each time you attend you will begin to learn the moves and rhythm and become more confident, therefore working out harder and burning more calories. ​

Strength and Endurance focussed
circuit training

STRONG is a circuit based training session with the primary focus on building strength and endurance for any type of fitness level

You will start with a comfortable weight
to ensure your technique is correct
and your body understands what it is doing.

As you progress you will be able
to try heavier weights or harder resistance bands as you become fitter, stronger
and more confident!
