DANCE is a high energy session that combines choreographed, easy to follow dance moves with aerobic exercises providing a fun effective way of exercising.​​

Our routines are simple and fun and each week will get better as you find your groove and learn routines. 

We try to add a new one each week, replacing an old one and we will mix up the sequence to keep you challenged.

STRONG is a circuit based training session with the primary focus on building strength and endurance for any type of fitness level​

You will start with a comfortable weight to ensure your technique is correct and your body understands what it is doing.

As you progress you will be able to try heavier weights or harder resistance bands as you become fitter, stronger and more confident!​

IGNITE is a dynamic and engaging fitness session that integrates easy-to-follow choreographed dance movements with

the use of dumbbells and booty bands.

​

The moves are simple, done to the beat and each time you attend you will begin to learn the moves and rhythm and become more confident, therefore working out harder and burning more calories. ​
