No-one starts as an expert, we all started exactly where you are now. The skills you think you need before you start aerials are the skills you will develop and master by starting aerials.

Studio Exhilarate Adult Beginner Classes in Pole, Lyra & Bungee and Junior Circus Classes are suitable for the complete beginner.

Trial classes are only available to beginners
Existing students are welcome to attend a trial class for any apparatus they are not currently enrolled in.
Beginners can attend 1 Trial Class per apparatus.
