DANCE is a high energy session that combines choreographed, easy to follow dance moves with aerobic exercises providing a fun effective way of exercising.

Our routines are simple and fun and each week will get better as you find your groove and learn routines. 

We try to add a new one each week, replacing an old one and we will mix up the sequence to keep you challenged.
