High energy sweat sessions!

BOXING is a high intensity, high cardio boxing class. Paired up with gloves and pads - you’ll smash out a series of boxing combos and learn correct technique and footwork.

It doesn't matter if you've never put on a pair of gloves before because our instructors will teach you what is required for the classes.

​

Bring a friend to partner up with or make a new friend in class for a sure fire way to increase heart rate and get the blood pumping.

These classes have a mixture of styles using combos and incorporating lower body and core exercises to get the most out of each session.
