BUNGEE JUNIORS

Bungee Juniors offers kids the chance to have some fun in the Bungee!

This class is available casually and a new routine will be taught every 3 weeks using skills and combinations learnt in the bungee class. 

A super fun and relaxed class they can jump around in!

Important Bungee Class Requirements

Participants MUST be:

  • 40kg or over

  • 16 years old or under.

Please make sure you confirm this information before booking to avoid disappointment.

Weight limits are a safety requirement.

Our current harnessing set up does not allow for body weights below 40kg

You will not be asked to disclose your weight, but may provide that info if you want to.

We’re super excited to be working towards a Dance Fitness class for our Juniors!

 

Much the same as out adults classes, Juniors will follow the instructor for a fun dance workout featuring Kid/Teen-friendly songs and movements.

Dates and times are TBA, so stay tuned for all the info!

Students don’t need any prior dance or circus experience. 

Our qualified instructors will teach a combination of apparatus and floor skills and students will be provided with level cards to mark their individual progress through the levels.

Skills your child will build on in classes:

  • Lyra & Silks (Circus class)

  • Pole & Hammock (Aerials Class)

  • Juggling & Hula hoops (Circus Class only)

  • Floor acrobatics (Acro Dance Class)

  • Fitness

  • Strength

  • Endurance

  • Confidence

  • Social skills

  • Autonomy

Classes focus on practicing skills and drills in the chosen apparatus which will build your child's flexibility, mobility, fitness and strength.

Every class also includes warm up and cool down time to teach the importance of getting your body prepared for movement and the benefits of stretch for recovery.
