Get ready to tone and shape without the circuit timers and rest periods!

In this class we will use equipment including dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands and body weight but unlike an average circuit class THE MUSIC IS YOUR TIMER - you get a little rest between songs!

You will start with a comfortable weight to ensure your technique is correct and your body understands what it is doing and as you progress you will be able to try heavier weights or harder resistance bands as you become fitter, stronger and more confident!
